Mrs. Kristy Smith
Greetings and welcome to Patient Care! My name is Kristy Smith and I am excited to teach the Patient Care course. I am a graduate of Nicholls State University with a Bachelors's degree in Nursing. I have worked at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana for 5 years as a medical-surgical nurse. I have taught Patient Care for the past 3 years. Patient Care is a college prep course as well as an introduction to the health care field. I enjoy teaching team members all that health care has to offer as well as educating students to achieve certifications that can be used to save lives.
